Traveller Assistance: Should a problem occur with your arrangements just before you arrive (such as delayed arrival due to missed flights, illness etc) or once the arrangements have started, it is essential, particularly having regard to the differences in time zones between Australia and your destination, that you try and resolve any problems immediately, with the local provider. Your documentation will detail the emergency contact details for that provider/s. Many problems can be rectified on the spot if you are able to communicate your concerns. If you fail to take such steps locally any claim to compensation may be reduced or denied. If you have any unresolved complaint this must be sent to Nordic Travel in writing together with any supporting documentation, within 30 days of the date of the service. No claim made after this period will be considered.
