Join a wonderful and easy snowmobile expedition to beautiful Isfjord Radio at Cape Linnè. Situated about 90 km from civilisation you will find a remote boutique hotel, the last post before Greenland! During this expedition you will ride over glaciers, mountains and frozen fjords, and visit fascinating historical sites,  experiencing stillness and a light that is difficult to find in other places. If you are lucky, you may even glimpse the 'King of the Arctic', the Polar Bear!  You will enjoy a level of quality and comfort that is unexpected so far into the wilderness.

Day 1:  Longyearbyen Arrival
On arrival in Longyearbyen transfer to your accommodation. Time to explore the town- perhaps visit the Svalbard Museum, the North Pole Expedition Museum and the Svalbard Kirke, or browse the shops for a unique souvenir. Overnight at Basecamp Hotel in Longyearbyen.

Day 2: Glaciers Mountains and Fjords
At 10:00 am your guide will meet you in the reception area of your hotel, for a welcome meeting and briefing about the coming trip, possible routes, the equipment and a fit out of warm outer clothing. Then after a lesson in snowmobile driving and safety issues, you will head out to the wilderness. (Please note each person must have a valid driver's licence).
No previous experience is necessary- your friendly and professional guides will assist you all the way. You will drive over glaciers, past snow covered mountains and frozen fjords. While sitting on the snowmobile you can admire the magnificent Arctic landscape in blue and white. Enjoy an expedition lunch on the way and experience the stillness and silence of the Arctic, something that is astonishing and wonderful and difficult to find in other more settled places. Late afternoon arrival at Isfjord Radio, a remote boutique hotel 90 km from Longyearbyen, where the staff will warmly welcome you and serve you a delicious 3-course meal. What a way to finish an adventurous day!

Day 3: Landscapes & Arctic Mining Towns
Breakfast is served from 08:00 then it is time to head into the beautiful landscape of Spitsbergen. The guide chooses the day’s route depending on the weather and snow conditions. If the weather is good you have the chance to visit the Russian mining town Barentsburg, home to some 300 persons. Explore the life of an isolated Arctic town, visit some Russian buildings and really feel the history of Spitsbergen. Arrival back in Longyearbyen during the afternoon and overnight at Basecamp Hotel.
