This tour takes you from historic Stockholm by overnight ferry to beautiful Tallinn, then by comfortable regular coach on to Riga. In each city, enjoy the convenience of private transfers and privately guided city sightseeing, with plenty of time to enjoy these unique and fascinating Baltic Sea cities. There are also some great privately guided optional excursions available to add to your experience.

Day 1 Stockholm Arrival
On arrival in Stockholm, transfer to your hotel by private car, check-in and time to start exploring. Stockholm – the beauty on the water – is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful capitals in the world, built on 14 islands and protected from the sea by Skargarden, the Stockholm archipelago.

Day 2 Stockholm City Sightseeing and Time at Leisure
After breakfast, meet your driver and guide at the hotel, for a private city sightseeing tour which includes the Old Town with the Royal Palace, Stockholm Cathedral, and the city centre with its famous City Hall. The afternoon is at leisure - perhaps visit the Vasa Museum, which houses one of the world’s oldest and best-preserved warships dating back to 1628, or Skansen, the world’s oldest open-air museum, with its collection of old buildings collected from all over Sweden.

Day 3 Stockholm- Tallinn by Overnight Ferry
The day is free to see more great sights- perhaps take a canal tour, to see this maritime city from a different perspective.  In the mid afternoon, transfer from your hotel to the ferry terminal, to board the 15:30 hrs overnight ferry to Tallinn, with accommodation in an A class outside cabin, including dinner and breakfast on board. While you travel slowly down the archipelago past numerous islands and islets, enjoy the wonderful views of the Baltic Sea. Onboard there is a wide choice of entertainment with bars, shops, a casino and much more.

Day 4 Tallinn Arrival & Sightseeing
On arrival in Tallinn this morning at approximately 10:00 hrs, meet your driver and guide at the pier, for a private city sightseeing tour of Tallinn, a small city that is a charming blend of medieval tranquillity and modern urban life. Your tour takes you around the old medieval city walls and into the Old Town, where you will see Toompea Castle, the Dome Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the medieval Old Town Hall. At the conclusion of the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel for check in.

In the afternoon explore on your own- the Old Town is a busy and vibrant place with its many shops, galleries, souvenir markets, outdoor cafés and restaurants. Or you can add an optional excursion to Kadriorg Park and KUMU, the award winning Estonian art museum.

Day 5 Tallinn Day at Leisure
Today enjoy more of the city. You can take an optional guided excursion to the Estonian Ethnographical Open Air Museum where you experience the rural Estonia of old in this vast, living museum filled with recreated, 18-20th century villages. Or taste some wines in one of the many boutique wine bars, or just watch the passing parade from a quiet cafe. The evening also offers an optional medieval dinner at Restaurant Peppersack.

Day 6 Tallinn - Riga by Coach
After breakfast, transfer by private car to the EUROLINES coach terminal, for your trip by comfortable, modern coach from Tallinn to Riga. The trip takes about 4.5 hours. On arrival in Riga, meet your driver for the private transfer to your hotel, and check-in. Time at leisure.

Day 7 Riga sightseeing
After breakfast, meet your guide at the hotel for your private walking tour of Riga. Founded in 1201 by the German bishop Albert, Riga is the largest of the three Baltic capitals and boasts a real kaleidoscope of architectural styles. The walking tour of the Old Town includes Riga Castle, the Dome Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Swedish Gate, the Three Brothers, the Large and Small Guilds and the Freedom Monument

In the afternoon perhaps enjoy an optional excursion  to Jurmala, the vibrant Latvian sea resort, famous for its wooden architecture and sandy beaches.
