On arrival, meet your local destination guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel, followed by an information meeting about the tour and then a guided town walk. Welcome dinner and overnight at Hotel Arctic.
Day 2 Ilulissat: Visit the Icebergs of Sermermiut & Midnight Sun Cruise
Today travel by bus as far as the road goes, then enjoy a beautiful guided walk along the UNESCO designated Ilulissat Ice Fjord to Sermermiut, where traces from the 3 old Inuit cultures can still be seen. Light refreshments are included and the excursion takes about 3 hours.
Tonight after dinner enjoy a midnight sun cruise amongst the icebergs. The midnight sun and the warm red colours reflecting in the gigantic icebergs is a fantastic sight. Cruise between the icebergs and enjoy a late drink on "the real rocks" ! The cruise includes light refreshments.
