Day 1 Reykjavik - Narsarsuaq
Air Iceland flight from Keflavik Airport to Narsarsuaq. On arrival, meet your local destination guide and transfer to the nearby Hotel Narsarsuaq for check-in, and an information meeting. In the evening enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel. Accommodation at Hotel Narsarsuaq

Day 2 Narsarsuaq: Viking Ruins of Erik the Red
After a short guided tour of the town, visit the Viking ruins of Erik the Red. We cross Erik's Fjord by boat and go ashore at the sheep breeding settlement of Qassiarsuk, situated on the very spot where Erik the Red settled in 985 AD and named his farm "Brattahlið". We visit the ruins of Erik's farm and Thorhildur's church, the first Christian church on the continent.

Day 3 Narsarsuaq: Qooroq Glacier
Today enjoy the spectacular Qooroq Glacier. The Greenland Ice Cap produces 250 millions tonnes of ice every year, when icebergs break off the glaciers. Close to Narsarsuaq, the Qooroq Glacier fills the fjord with beautiful icebergs. We cruise between these icebergs and go as close to the calving glacier as possible. Here, we turn off the engine to enjoy a silence only disturbed by the creaking of the ice. Light refreshments are included.

Tonight enjoy a farewell dinner at the hotel.

Day 4    Farewell Greenland
