Day 1: Arrival in Iceland
Upon arrival at Keflavik airport, board the coach for the short transfer to the Blue Lagoon. The transfer bus leaves the airport at regular intervals. At the Lagoon, there are luggage lockers and change rooms, plus a cafe, restaurant and boutique. Admire the warm, aquamarine, mineral rich waters, enjoy the other facilities, and bathe if you wish - it is said to be a very good way to beat jet lag! (If your flight arrival time does not allow you to enjoy the Blue Lagoon today, you may be able to stop there on your way back to the airport for your departure flight).
Afterwards take the coach transfer to Reykjavik city - there are regular departures - and check in at your hotel. The city centre is a small area characterised by eclectic and colourful houses, good shopping, dining and drinking. Reykjavík has recently established itself as a haven for food lovers, with numerous restaurants taking advantage of the abundance of local seafood, meat and game. Overnight in Reykjavik.
Day 2: Super Jeep Excursion to the Golden Circle and Snowmobiling
Discover three of the most outstanding attractions in South of Iceland on a fully guided 4WD super truck excursion. A Super Jeep/Super Truck is a modified and specially equipped 4WD vehicle with very large tyres designed to be driven in demanding Icelandic terrains, both in winter and summer. The first stop is at Thingvellir National Park, then onwards to the Gullfoss waterfall and the Geysir geothermal area. The highlight of the day is a one hour snowmobile adventure in the snowy highlands (2 persons share the driving of each snowmobile) Overnight in Reykjavik.
Day 3: Explore Reykjavik - Northern Lights Hunt
