"It was an amazing journey through most varied and at times remote country. The commentary given was informative, yet not too much. The hosts were most keen to talk to passengers personally, rather than through a microphone. I enjoyed sitting in the front cabin with the driver, watching the view unfold. There were many stops in out of the way villages and towns for a break or for a planned meal stop. It is a slow trip on the single carriage diesel train with some long journeys, but one does not come on this journey to reach a destination in a hurry. It amazed me that this line is still open to offer travellers a wonderful incite into the inland of Sweden." -Russell H, Scarborough Australia. 2017
