The North Cape is a huge, fantastic  cape on the northern coast of Norway, off  the island of Magerøya. The Cape has a 307 metre high cliff with a large flat plateau, on top where you can stand and watch the midnight sun as it reaches its lowest point at around midnight. The North Cape is also the point where the Norwegian Sea  meets the Barents Sea, and a place where the power and majesty of nature is very apparent.

This tour starts in Alta, where you can visit the famous Alta Museum to see astounding rock carvings thousands of years old, then takes you to the North Cape to see the Midnight Sun,  and on to Karasjok, the heartland of Sami culture in Norway.
