Afternoon sightseeing to Zarskoye Selo, visits impressive Catherine's Palace and the Amber Room which, although it vanished during World War II, was recreated and restored for St. Petersburg's tri-centennial celebrations. Your evening visit to Nikolaevsky Palace, means an exciting and traditional Russian folklore show, and also includes some Russian drinks and snacks.
This morning's excursion to Peterhof Palace sees and an uncontested masterpiece of Peter the Great's time, with an impressive Grand Palace, the Grand Cascade, Water Avenue and wonderful parks. Afternoon visit to the world-famous, treasure filled, Hermitage Art Museum - a truly wonderful way to end your exploration of this great city. Tonight, you might like to join the optional Russian dinner at Restaurant Pryanosti & Radosti.
