Autumn at Apukka, Rovaniemi

Stay in a glass roofed Aurora Cabin
Apukka Resort Rovaniemi, Finland © Apukka Resort

Apukka Resort is located between two lakes in Finnish Lapland, the perfect spot for hunting autumn Auroras. Stay three nights in a cosy Glass Aurora Cabin, hunt for the Northern Lights and experience a traditional Finnish Sauna. The Aurora Borealis’ speciality in autumn is the Double Aurora phenomenon. This happens when Aurora arches are reflected to open water, and you can see the Northern Lights on the sky and the water surface simultaneously.
